Lilith did already have an impact on the few people who lived there and her true impact is due to her having people embrace their darker side. This was the very first interaction my character had with other NPCs as well as it was clear that the developers were looking to give the hero more role within the plot by having their own dialogue and playing an active role in the cutscenes.

The town is Nevesk in which Lilith's impact on the inhabitants of Sanctuary is shown. There's more to her than just being evil, which makes her apart as an intriguing adversary when compared with other Great Evils from earlier Diablo titles. Although her ultimate goal may not be apparent at cheap Diablo IV Gold first the presence of Lilith is felt and was done deliberately this way by the team working on the game.
