How do you integrate customer feedback software that's unique to your company or website?

I wont recommend any integration except the cases when you purchased the development as well. You see, it would take time and is not worth money spend on it. My company usees UseResponse https://www.useresponse.com/customer-feedback-software, the most realible and effective customer feedback software. You can customize it to meet your needs. The support team is always there to help you through every step of the process and they are quick to respond. In general, UseResponse team is excellent and issues are almost instantly solved. Hope it can help

There are many ways to gather information from customers. you need to focus on the customer. What would be more convenient to communicate with you client?
