I know there are times when you aren’t able to open the Windows security center service in Windows 10. You have to open it manually using the services section of Windows. Here are the steps:

1. Open Run and then type services.msc and hit OK.
2. Now, you have to find the Windows security center service and double click to open properties.
3. Then you have to set the Startup Type to Automatic (Delayed Start) in the General Tab.
4. You’ll also need to click on the Start button located just below that.

This will make sure that the security center service starts automatically every time you restart the system.
