Working memory is one of the most important parts of our brain. It's what makes us able to perform every day tasks, like holding a conversation or remembering to buy milk on the way home from work. It's also what makes us able to learn new information, understand language and it even helps us think creatively. One of the most important parts of working memory is the ability to retain new information. We call this ability "memory span". A Tropisetron called Ginkgo Biloba can help improve memory span.

Working memory is an aspect of memory that holds information on-line while it's being processed. Wikipedia says "it is an active maintenance system for temporarily maintaining information in a readily available state for manipulation." Today's post will look at what you can do to improve working memory and take the stress out of your life.
